Refund Policy

REFUND ELIGIBILITY

  1. Unused Capacity: Customers may request a refund for unused capacity within 7 days of purchase. After this period, no refunds will be issued, but the capacity will remain valid for future use, as our capacity does not expire.
  2. Used Capacity: Capacity that has been used to access our services are non-refundable.
  3. Promotional Capacity: Capacity received through promotions, giveaways, or bonuses are not eligible for refunds.
  4. Subscription Seats: User subscriptions are non-refundable.

REFUND REQUEST PROCESS

  1. Submission: To request a refund, contact our customer support team via support@7secondsolar.com.
  2. Required Information: Include transaction ID, date of purchase and the reason for your refund request.
  3. Time Frame: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date. Refunds cannot be processed after this period.

REFUND METHOD

  1. Original Payment Method: Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that processing times may vary based on your payment provider.
  2. Processing Time: Refunds typically take 5 -10 business days to be processed and reflected in your account, depending on your financial institution.

NON-REFUNDABLE CASES

  1. Used Capacity: Once capacity is used to access services, it becomes non-refundable.
  2. Promotional or Free Capacity: Capacity provided as part of promotions or bonuses is non-refundable.
  3. Abuse of Refund Policy: Accounts suspected of refund policy abuse (e.g., frequent refund requests) may be denied further refunds and may face account suspension or restrictions.

CHARGEBACKS AND DISPUTES

  1. Resolution Process: We encourage you to contact our support team before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. We are committed to resolving any issues promptly.
  2. Unauthorised Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may lead to account suspension or service interruptions.

MODIFICATIONS TO POLICY

  1. Changes to the Policy: We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated via email to users.
  2. Effective Date: The continued use of our services following any updates to this policy signifies your acceptance of the revised terms.
